The Clubhouse

The traditional clubhouse caters for golfers and all resort guests. Open from early morning to early evening, food and beverages are available throughout the day.

The stylish surroundings are available to all guests who may just wish to hang out and enjoy a drink in a warm and friendly environment. The outside terrace with its views over the xx hole is a particularly popular area. The menu offers everything toasted sandwiches, pizzas and paninis to sit down meals in the dining area.

The Golf Course

Experience the superbly maintained, perfectly presented fairways and greens that surround the estate – one of the best in the Caribbean.

Test yourself on the par 72, 7,045-yard course, designed by acclaimed designer, Robert Trent Jones Jr., while enjoying the warm Barbados sun and clear blue skies. You’ll find a mixture of challenging holes – the highlight being the collection of signature Par 3’s. There is also a pro shop, practice greens, driving range, halfway house, and short game academy.

Royal Westmoreland Beach Club

Soak up some Bajan beach vibes and take it easy on pristine Mullins Beach, arguably one of the finest stretches of golden sands on the island of Barbados.

Royal Westmoreland Beach Club is an exclusive, private beach club that offers members full beach front dining and bar service with Bell Captain service on our private sun loungers. A complimentary beach shuttle is available to take you from Royal Westmoreland to Mullins Beach.

Tennis

Royal Westmoreland’s superb Har-Tru Clay tennis courts are surrounded by lush tropical gardens and are floodlit at night.

Looking to improve your game? Professional coaching is available with Cherise Edwards, a certified tennis coach since 1993. The tennis courts are open daily from 7am – 9pm. Court reservations can be made at the golf pro-shop where racquets can also be hired if required.

Singita Wellness & Spa

The Singita Wellness Centre at Mullins Beach has been specifically designed for the resort.

The owner, Michelle Jamieson, has created a boutique wellness community in a serene setting. A spacious air-conditioned studio offers a variety of classes including Yoga, Pilates, Ballet Barre, and Athletic Circuits. Customized group and personal training is available. Four luxuriously appointed treatment rooms offer Massage, Reflexology, Facials, Manicures and Pedicures.

Fully Equipped Gym

Stay active during your stay by making use of the equipment at the Sanctuary, a fully equipped gym, considered to be one of the best equipped on the island.

The Sanctuary is open daily from 5am – 9pm, and in addition to the gym equipment, owners can cool down in the pool or Jacuzzi after their workout. Personal training sessions can also be arranged. Equipment includes six treadmills, six ellipticals, two upright bikes, two recumbent bikes, a rowing machine, Nautilus weight machines, and free weights.

Padel Tennis

Incorporating elements of tennis and squash, Padel Tennis is both a social and accessible game available to players of all ages and abilities.

Originating in Mexico in 1969 and gaining vast popularity in Europe, South and North America over the coming years, Padel Tennis is available at Royal Westmoreland. It is played in doubles on an enclosed court, and uses light weight, foam core racquets along with a low pressure padel ball. The courts are open daily from 7am – 9pm and court reservations can be made at the golf pro-shop. Equipment for Padel tennis is available for hire or purchase.

Owners Only Gym

Pickleball

Combining elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong, the unofficial pandemic pastime has now entered the mainstream and has since skyrocketed in popularity.

Pickleball was first created in 1965 in Washington, and has now become the fastest growing sports in the USA. It can be played in singles or doubles on a badminton court, with players using flat-faced paddles long with a perforated plastic ball. The courts are open daily from 7am – 9pm and court reservations can be made at the golf pro shop. Equipment for Pickleball is available for hire or purchase.
