Construction and Purchase Information

Construction at Beyond has begun, with anticipated completion scheduled for July 2027. The purchase process follows a reservation agreement, sale agreement and staged construction payments. The process includes:

Reservation

Select a preferred residence and appoint an attorney to represent you in the transaction. The selected unit is then taken off the market.

Reservation Deposit

The purchaser signs a Reservation Agreement and pays a non-refundable US$10,000 deposit to reserve the residence for the agreed period.

Sale Agreement

The purchaser’s attorney receives the draft Sale Agreement and has seven days to advise whether any amendments are required.

Initial Payment

After signing the Sale Agreement, the purchaser pays 10% of the agreed purchase price, less the US$10,000 reservation deposit already paid.

Stage Payments

Further payments follow the agreed construction schedule upon certified completion of each stage.

Final Payment and Completion

The final 5% becomes payable upon the provision of the Certificate of Compliance. The residence is conveyed to the purchaser upon completion of the building in accordance with the Sale Agreement.
