Summer Discovery Stay at Royal Westmoreland: Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your Summer Discovery Stay. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Offer Eligibility & Period:

* This “Summer Discovery Stay” offer is exclusively available to Residence Barbados clients (or prospective clients) interested in potential property purchase at Royal Westmoreland.

* The offer is valid for stays between May 1st and October 31st, 2025.

* Bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

2. Accommodation & Inclusions:

* The offer includes 7 nights accommodation in either a two-bedroom Golf Cottage (sleeping up to 4 people) or a four-bedroom Mahogany Heights Townhouse (sleeping up to 8 people). Longer stays may be available upon request and will be priced proportionally.

* Golf Cottages include six (6) complimentary rounds of golf per week on Royal Westmoreland’s Championship course.

* Mahogany Heights Townhouses include eight (8) complimentary rounds of golf per week on Royal Westmoreland’s Championship course.

* Complimentary golf rounds are non-transferable and must be used during the stay. Discounted rates for additional rounds may be available through the Royal Westmoreland Pro Shop.

* Inclusions for both accommodation types: Access to the Private Beach Club at Mullins Beach (beds, umbrellas, towels), complimentary shuttle bus to Mullins Beach, access to communal pools at Royal Westmoreland, Gym Access, Tennis, Padel Tennis & Pickleball Access, Housekeeping, 24-hour security, Free WIFI, and extensive Concierge service.

* Accommodation is offered on a self-catering basis.

* Imagery used on the landing page and promotional materials is for representation only and may not depict the exact unit allocated for your stay. Specific unit requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payment:

* Rates are quoted per night in USD and GBP as specified:

* Golf Cottage: US435/GBP£310.50 per night∗ Mahogany Heights Townhouse: US$693 / GBP £495 per night

* These rates are special discounted rates for Residence Barbados clients.

* A deposit (e.g., 50% of the total accommodation cost) will be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be due [e.g., 60 days] prior to your arrival date. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

* Payments are typically processed in Barbados Dollars (BDS$), with the USD/GBP rates serving as an indication. The final charge will be based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

4. Cancellation Policy:

* Cancellation terms will be detailed in your specific booking confirmation. Typically, cancellations made [e.g., 60 days or more] prior to arrival may result in forfeiture of the deposit, while cancellations within [e.g., 60 days] may incur a higher charge or full payment liability.

* We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation.

5. Property Tour & Ownership Credit:

* Guests on a Summer Discovery Stay will receive a complimentary 45-minute Introduction Tour of Royal Westmoreland during their stay, arranged at a mutually convenient time with the Residence Barbados team. This tour is designed to showcase the resort and available property options.

* Should you purchase a vacation ownership share or a residential property at Royal Westmoreland (facilitated by Residence Barbados) during or within [e.g., 3 months] of your Discovery Stay, the full cost of your paid accommodation rental for this specific stay will be credited towards your purchase price.

* This credit is applicable only to the direct cost of the accommodation rental paid to Residence Barbados for this specific Discovery Stay offer and does not include any other travel expenses, ancillary charges, or third-party costs.

* The credit will be applied at the time of the property sale’s completion.

6. Guest Responsibilities:

* Guests are responsible for adherence to Royal Westmoreland’s resort rules and regulations during their stay.

* The maximum occupancy for each property type must not be exceeded.

* Any damage to the property or its contents during your stay may result in charges for repair or replacement.

* Valid photographic identification (e.g., passport) may be required upon check-in.

* Check-in time is typically 4:00 PM; Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Force Majeure:

* Residence Barbados and Royal Westmoreland shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under this offer if such failure is caused by events outside their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial action, or government restrictions.

* This offer is a promotional package and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.

* These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Barbados.
