What is a leaseback program?
A leaseback is a term for when the developer leases your home back from you after you purchase it. The lessee pays all the running costs and allows up to 10 weeks of use per year.

At Apes Hill, they furnish and discount the home to reflect the potential rental income made during the lease and retained by the developer. Investors can unwind the lease at any time, and if they cannot use all ten weeks, they can put back weeks into the rental program and share revenue on those weeks. They offer a four-year Leaseback on their Courtyard Villas and a six-year leaseback on our Hilltop Villas.
