Mike works exclusively on the buyer side, supporting residential property decisions in Barbados. Over time, he has advised local and international buyers across a wide range of residential transactions, helping them navigate local processes, timing, and market dynamics with independence and care.
His buyer-side role is supported by an ecosystem he has deliberately built and continues to maintain, spanning agents, attorneys, fiduciaries, banks, construction professionals, and other specialists involved in residential ownership. This ecosystem exists to ensure buyers have the right expertise engaged at the right stage of the decision-making process.
Through his relationships with agents across the island, he is often aware of homes being discussed privately or reviewed quietly before any decision to list publicly. This helps buyers understand the broader market context, not just what appears online, while fully respecting listing mandates and professional boundaries.
